How it adds upYour numbers, step by step
- Students are counted as those active on the 1st of the month. Teachers & staff are teachers, the school office and the principal.
- Students are counted as those with an active package this month, across every branch. Leads and trial class learners are not counted.
- Two discounts apply one after the other: yearly with 4 schools in a foundation comes to 23.5%.
- Every price includes 11% VAT, is rounded to Rp100, and has no setup fee.

Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price includes 11% VAT and is rounded to Rp100. There is no setup fee.
Who counts as an active student?
At a school, students active on the 1st of the month. At a learning centre, students with an active package that month across every branch. Leads and trial class learners are not counted.
What is the smallest bill?
A school is billed at least Rp500,000 a month, and a learning centre's build-your-own plan at least Rp350,000 a month. When your sum is under that, the bill is that amount.
How are student cards and WhatsApp messages paid for?
Once, when ordered, separate from the monthly price. A pack of 1,000 WhatsApp messages is valid for 12 months.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move up a plan any time as your school or learning centre grows, and extras like the AI package can be turned on or off any time.
